The company successfully passed the comprehensive management system supervision and audit

From October 20th to 21st, 6 experts from China Quality Certification Center (CQC) visited our company to conduct annual supervision and review of the comprehensive management system. Our company passed the audit smoothly.

    In this audit, the principle of combining the management process with standard management clauses was adopted to obtain evidence on the control of the management system coverage process. The expert group reviewed the process identification, environmental factors, hazard identification and risk analysis and evaluation, to the planning, operation, maintenance, update and improvement of the management system; sampling the documents and records formed during the operation of the system, and passed Sampling review, the expert group affirmed the system work of the vitamin K3 workshop and chromic anhydride workshop. During the audit, the expert group put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on some areas that can be improved during operation control, process change risk control, and specification execution.

    At the last meeting, Yu Bing, the deputy chief engineer of the company, emphasized the importance of the management system. The expert group proposed improvement suggestions. All departments should learn with humility. For existing deficiencies, they should formulate practical and corrective measures as soon as possible and complete them within the prescribed time Closing and rectification of non-conforming items, make good records, and promote the continuous improvement of our management level.

    Finally, the expert group stated that the results of the audit basically met the requirements of the comprehensive management system, and the certification could be obtained after the non-conformance items were completed and submitted.
